Iran Cinema and Television Town

Brand Introduction

Iran Cinema and Television Town (former Ghazali Cinema Town) or Hatami Town is the name of a large area in the west of Tehran, where street decorations and buildings related to Iranian films and series are made and maintained. Almost all the sets of Iran’s movie town belong to the period of Reza Shah and the early years of Mohammad Reza Shah, but Kufa sets are also made in this town. Also, the decorations of this town are the decorations of buildings and streets that really existed in old Tehran. Among other decorations made in this town is the decoration of the city of Jerusalem, which has been used in many series and movies. This town, which is located on Shahid Lashgari highway (15 km of 55th street) in front of Saipa company, was built in 1979 by the late Iranian director, Ali Hatami.
